In the rare instance where you may have a problem with a machine, you can easily submit a ticket to our service desk.  While the service desk is waiting for us to look at the ticket you submited it will gather information for us and run automated scripts to try to resolve your issue.  This allows for faster responce times and for quicker resolution times.
