Products and Services: Solinkit offers a range of support, consulting and development services, including Microsoft and IBM solutions, application development, embedded systems (Linux), operating system maintenance, virus and spyware removal, network design and installation, wireless networking, VPN security, software installation and troubleshooting, hardware and system upgrades, system recovery and restoration, data management and backup solutions, network administration and security, UPS and surge protection, and broadband service configuration.
The firm also offers a managed service contract for network maintenance, which bundles all systems into one contract and preforms preventative maintenance to reduce down-time. Solinkit also provides marketing tools, including the recent launch of a Quick Response code embedding service. QR codes are small boxes similar to bar-codes that when scanned by a smart phone, they can take customers to your website or call or email you. The company serves a range of industries but has done a lot of work in the medical industry, including electronic medical records and electronic health records.
Hours: Support is available 24 hours a day, year-round.
Staff: James Sulfare is the company president and CEO, and Nathan Neil serves as manager of technology and business services. The business also employs five people at a call center in Wheeling, W. Va.
